Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Return

1. Contact us at fampaw.shop@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We will provide a return authorization and label.
3. Pack the item securely and attach the return label.
4. Drop it off at your nearest post office.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or colour, the fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
